- Buy Land — vacant land for sale with owner financing available. The down payment is the greater of $500 or 10%, with terms from 6 to 60 months at a fixed 18% APR and no prepayment penalty.
- Tax Lien Investing — buy tax lien certificates yourself, have us invest on your behalf in an individually managed or pooled account, or use our Indiana statutory legal-notice service.
- Real Estate Futures — lock in today's purchase price with a $500 deposit and complete the purchase up to five years later.
- Indiana Deed Forms — ready-to-sign quit claim, warranty, special warranty, and transfer-on-death deeds prepared for $100 each.
Why land?
Real estate is a globally recognized asset class used to hedge against inflation. As Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world."
