Indiana Real Estate Deed Forms
Answer a short questionnaire about your transaction and we generate a ready-to-sign Indiana deed and, when required, the Indiana Sales Disclosure Form, pre-filled with your information. Each form is $100.
Available deeds
- Indiana Quit Claim Deed — $100: Transfers whatever interest the grantor has, with no warranties. Common for family transfers, removing or adding a spouse, and clearing clouds on title.
- Indiana Special Warranty Deed — $100: Warrants title only against defects arising during the grantor's own ownership. Common for investor-to-investor and REO/foreclosure conveyances.
- Indiana Warranty Deed — $100: The strongest deed — the grantor fully warrants title against any defect across the entire chain of ownership.
- Indiana Transfer on Death Deed — $100: Designates a beneficiary who automatically receives the property on the grantor's death, outside probate, while the grantor keeps control during life.
How it works
- Choose a deed type and answer the questionnaire (grantor, grantee, parcels, deed-specific details).
- We generate your deed PDF, Indiana Sales Disclosure Form when applicable, and a recording-instructions cover sheet.
- Sign in front of a notary, then record at the county recorder's office.
U.S. Land Bureau is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; preparing a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. We currently support Indiana deeds — contact us for other situations.
